Each product is a set of downloadable PDF files. Depending on the product this means a PDF guide or coursebook, worksheets, checklists and review prompts. The “Inside the material” table on the home page and each product page list exactly what is in every product.

The courses are self-paced and have no fixed schedule. Each product page lists its modules, so you can see how much material there is and decide how to split your study time.

PDF only. We do not currently provide video lessons. All material is delivered as downloadable PDF files.

It depends on the product. The Free Set and Halo Pack assume no SQL experience. Later products list their prerequisites on the product page, for example comfort with joins or basic schema design.

Files you download for offline use can stay on your own device. Where a specific access period applies to a download link or account access, it is shown on the product page or during purchase. See the Instant Access Policy.

We may update materials from time to time to correct errors or improve explanations. Changes to the site and materials are recorded on the Last updates page. We do not promise a fixed update schedule.

After the payment provider confirms your payment, you receive access through a download link sent to your checkout e-mail, an order confirmation page, or another method shown during purchase. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder and then contact us with your order number.

Yes. The materials are PDF files meant to be downloaded. They are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use, so please do not share or redistribute them.

No. We do not have a mobile app. PDF files open on phones, tablets and computers with any PDF reader.

Yes. Once the PDFs are downloaded, you can read them without an internet connection. You will still need a connection to complete the purchase and download the files. Practice exercises that use a database need a database installed on your own machine.

That depends on how much time you spend and on your starting point. We cannot predict individual results or timelines. The exercises are designed so you can check your own progress as you go.

Start with the Free Set to see whether the teaching style suits you. If you buy and the material is not what you expected, read the Refund Policy and contact us before opening or downloading the files, as eligibility depends on whether the materials have been accessed.

Yes, by e-mail. We help with access, delivery, damaged files and questions about what a product contains. We reply as soon as we reasonably can.

Not at the moment. We do not run a forum or chat group. You can follow us on Pinterest and Tumblr using the links in the footer.

Eligible digital purchases can be submitted for a refund request within 30 days of purchase, provided the materials have not been accessed or downloaded. EU consumers may have additional statutory rights. Full details are in the Refund Policy.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal or Airwallex. Card details are entered on the provider's page, and we do not store full card numbers. Please never e-mail us card details.

We do not have a dedicated gifting feature. Materials are licensed for the purchaser's personal use, and download links are meant only for the purchaser. If you would like to arrange a gift purchase, please contact us first.
